about me
Beatriz Rubio is a multidisciplinary circus artist, her main skills are hand to hand and
hand balance but she also performs with rola-bola, aerial ring or aerial silks; blending circus, dance and theatre in her creations.
She started circus in 2005 in a little school called EMCA in Madrid.Later she did a professional training for two years in Carampa’scircus school, Madrid. Finally she specialized in hand to hand and hand balance in the National Circus School in Kiev, Ukraine. From then to now she has also done several contemporary and contact dance workshops.
In 2009, with Andrés Vázquez –Prada, creates Vueltos de Rosca. This is an international circus company that has performed in different street art festivals, circus, theatres and events in diverse countries like Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, Dubai or Qatar.
